In March, Natalie had the incredible opportunity to take part in the Make or Break programme with Cockerill & Co — an intense performance and mindset course designed to challenge limits and unlock potential. Having experienced it himself in 2024, Geoff strongly encouraged Natalie to step up when the opportunity came along.
While we are sworn to secrecy about the course content, one thing is certain: this is not your typical training course. It pushes you out of your comfort zone and demands full commitment from start to finish.
It’s not for everyone. The experience brings a mix of emotions – from tears to laughter, and everything in between – but that’s all part of the journey. The real value lies in what you discover about yourself along the way.
What you gain is directly linked to what you’re willing to put in. The personal insights, resilience, and mindset shifts developed over the course make it an investment that pays back many times over, both professionally and personally.
